Author Self-Archiving Policy
Al-imad Journal of Humanities and Applied Sciences (AJHAS) supports the self-archiving of manuscripts by authors. This policy allows authors to disseminate their work widely and make it accessible to a broader audience.
-
Pre-print: Authors are permitted to post their original submitted manuscript (pre-print) on a personal website or institutional repository at any time before or during the submission and peer-review process.
-
Post-print: Authors are also allowed to post the final, peer-reviewed manuscript (post-print) on their personal website or in their institutional repository after the article has been accepted for publication.
-
Publisher's Version: The final published version of the article, as it appears on the journal's website, may also be self-archived by the author, but with appropriate acknowledgment of the journal as the original publisher and a link to the article's DOI.
-
Conditions: When self-archiving any version of the article, authors must always include the following information:
-
Full citation of the published article.
-
A link to the article's page on the AJHAS website using its DOI.
-
A statement acknowledging the journal as the original place of publication.
-
This policy aligns with our commitment to open access and ensures that authors can share their research freely while giving proper credit to the journal.
