Al-imad Journal of Humanities and Applied Sciences (AJHAS) holds the copyright for all published articles. However, in line with our open-access policy, the content is made available to the public under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.

This policy ensures a balance between protecting the rights of authors and the journal while promoting the global exchange of knowledge and open access to academic research.

• Author Rights: Authors retain full copyright to their work but grant the journal the right of first publication.

• Reuse: Readers and users are permitted to copy, distribute, display, and reproduce the content for non-commercial purposes.

• Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the authors and the journal when reusing the content, including a link to the license and an indication of any changes made.

• Archiving: Authors may deposit copies of their articles (pre-print, post-print, and the publisher's version) in institutional or other repositories, provided that the journal is acknowledged as the original source of publication.
