    Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the level of mastery of scientific research skills, encompassing both content and form dimensions, among postgraduate students in the Psychology Department at the Libyan Academy (Tripoli) and the Libyan Academy (Bani Walid). To achieve this, a descriptive survey method was employed. The research sample consisted of (86) postgraduate students. A standardized test developed by Mahmoud Allam (2001) was administered to assess the subjects, comprising 36 items divided into content and form skills. The findings revealed that postgraduate students in the examined higher education institutions possess a high level of mastery in scientific research skills across both dimensions, with minor score variations observed between proficient and non-proficient students.
