The research seeks to explore the effectiveness of integrating volunteer activities into the school environment and its positive reflection on the educational and pedagogical process, with a particular focus on the pivotal role played by the social worker in promoting and spreading volunteer values among students, faculty, and staff. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach as a methodological framework to accomplish this study, relying on the comprehensive survey method for the research population, represented by social workers employed in secondary schools in the Janzour municipality. Data were collected, analyzed, and interpreted to reach accurate results that serve the research objectives. The study reached a set of results that confirm the importance of volunteer work in refining students' personalities, channeling their energy into positive paths that contribute to modifying their behaviors, and fostering a sense of responsibility toward their community and school, in addition to strengthening professional and social bonds among the active parties in the school. In light of these results, the researcher presented a number of practical recommendations and proposals aimed at activating volunteer work mechanisms and developing the role of the social worker to be more effective in facing contemporary behavioral challenges so as to achieve a safe school environment that stimulates learning and development.
