In light of contemporary trends emphasizing the need to enhance the quality of teacher preparation programs and ensure their alignment with sustainable educational development, identifying the nature of the problems faced by student teachers during their teaching practicums is crucial. This step contributes to developing field training programs and proposing appropriate solutions to raise professional competence. This study aims to uncover the problems faced by student teachers during school practicums and offer scientific proposals for program development. The descriptive-analytical method was employed. The population comprised female education students, and a purposive sample of (16) female students undertaking practicums during the Spring 2024 semester was selected. A questionnaire consisting of (27) items distributed across five axes was used. Results indicated prominent problems across all axes, notably student anxiety upon supervisor visits, lack of peer cooperation, subject teacher apprehension, and large class sizes.
