Abstract

Efficient management is essential for the company to achieve solid and sustainable growth and remain competitive and profitable. This is because management involves managing resources, setting goals, working people and many other aspects of the company's health. A good manager must be prepared to deal with possible adversities, unforeseen expenses, difficult decisions and other daily problems. It is a difficult task, but when well executed, it guarantees success. Efficient management mainly involves a keen eye on the company's processes. In addition, it is essential to thoroughly understand the product or service offered, the market and the company's values.
