    Abstract

This research examines artificial intelligence (AI) as a modern element on the global stage, studying its impact on reshaping the balance of power and relations between states. It also reviews the influence of algorithms on diplomatic decision-making and addresses the ethical and sovereignty challenges associated with using this technology in foreign policy. The research demonstrates that AI is no longer merely a technological tool but has become an influential actor in the international system, opening new horizons for enhancing cooperation and improving decision-making efficiency. However, this also raises risks related to legitimacy, transparency, sovereignty, and security. Therefore, the importance of establishing international regulatory frameworks that ensure the responsible use of this technology and maintain a balance between leveraging its potential and protecting fundamental human values is paramount.
